“Bonjour master: Things are going terribly for me and the Rat Court.”
Told in a series of letters purportedly written in rat language, City of Rats by French provacateur Copi, translated by Kit Schluter, is about a Parisian rat, Gouri, and the giddy and disturbing hijinks that ensue after a double date goes horribly, homicidally wrong.
We hope you’ll join us on May 14 at 192 Books to celebrate City of Rats scurrying in.
